I have a problem with Sky email and wondered whether anyone could help me.
I have my main sky email account but you can have up to 10 @sky.com email accounts.
The thing is when i go to setup an additional account i have to put in an existing email address and once it has set up that email account it will send mail as myname@live.com for example instead of myname@sky.com it seems really strange to me, can anyone help?

are you setting up additional email accounts up on the sky email webpage or through outlook?

I am trying to setup additional accounts through the sky email webpage.
When setting up the additional accounts it asks you for an additional email address, this is only for the reason that if you do forget your password you can re-request it, and it is sent to the additional email address - I think thats how I read it when setting up for me.

Yes it asks me for an additional email address, however once i setup an additional account if i send an email from that account it doesn't say @sky.com it says the @ whatever i provided as an additional email address so for example if i use a windows live email address as an additional email address it will send emails from myname@live.co.uk instead of @sky.com which is very odd to me because obviously i want an @sky email address and you are supposed to be allowed up to 10 @sky.com email addresses.
