To be fair, you're right there.

He's just not suited to how we play, with the tendency at times to get it forward asap. He's not as bad as most say, but just lacks that burst of pace really... He was unfortunate to join when Beattie did, as he was always guaranteed a start, and a pairing of Beattie and Sharp just wasn't quick enough...

Won't get many better chances to do a derby double than this, what with Wendy all fresh after sabotaging the pitch in the week before the derby for the second year running, and United struggling to put out a squad!

Who knows what the deal holds? My guess is that they are still putting it together, but whatever the future brings it can't be worse than the proceedings of the last few years.

Utd on paper have got everything in place to gain promotion and hold on to a Premiership position. But this was the case under Warnock and they only managed a single season. We can't even say what position we will be in post the takeover, Man City thought that all their birthdays had come at once what with the Arab money but they still look crap to me.

We're managing now without a 'tekoar', and we will always be ok. We always have been. No tekoar, still no worries.

wednesday wont go bust, theres always risks of it but if we can survive a year without a proper source of money then when we do get taken over we'll be fine.

The club with 23m, or 24m or whatever debt is obviously the more likely to go bust, but the bank continues to be ok with us, the future is looking rosier and the present board are very confident of turning things round for us.
We can't be in worse hands than we have been for the last 10 years, so we have every chance I reckon.
