If the show is going ahead, we cant expect refunds as the City Hall still have the costs implicated with the show.

Driving to or from City Hall tonight is not a necessity, it would be pure stupidity for me.

I'm working at city hall tonight and I couldn't even get in touch with them, so this thread has saved me from stressing
