Alot of blades i know have said that they only look scoring from set pieces. After watching wednesday alot over the last few seasons, is it me or are we shocking at set pieces and corners!? apart from the goal at birmingham alot of our indirect free kicks just hit the wall or go straight to the keeper. And corners never make it past the first man? might just be me but i think we need to improve them.

We haven't look like scoring from a corner for i don't know how long, Howard can't beat the first man.

When BT was at the Lane we scored our fair share of freekicks but even thats a distant dream now (though Quinn looks useful from a certain range!!).

i must admit hursty, wednesday have been pretty awful for aslong as i can remember at set pieces. esajas got 1 earlier in the season i believe but i can never get excited about getting a corner, when everyone stands up thinking we could get a goal i just think sit down, nothing will come of it.

We really miss Brunt at setpieces, apart from him the quality has been dismal for years. I think the last decent free kick taker before him was Sibon.

Michael Gray looks to take a decent corner though, we scored against Charlton from his delivery.

That's how I feel whenever Jermaine Johnson has a glorious scoring opportunity...
