Hi,

Not (yet) a business, but, it's probably commercial space I need (lest annoy residents).

Can anyone suggest a space that a wannabe blacksmith might hire to practise in?

Don't need much square footage: forge is not much larger than an oil drum barbeque, but needs good ventilation, and (preferably) relatively poor lighting!

Any help much appreciated!

Thank you.

PS. Ideally within striking distance of S6.

Hi,

I own a storage company in Chesterfield (bottom of dronfield by pass.)

Our storage containers are 20ft long x 8ft x 8ft.

They are brand new units.

24hour access - 7 days per week!

we charge £20 + vat per week!

Miles from anybody so you can make all the noise you want!

The units are very secure, There is cctv, night watch man, flood lit yard. You put your own locks on so you can put 6 locks on if you want.

would you require electric?

as for ventilation, the units have big double doors where the front completely opens up.

When are you requiring work space?

I'm just about to sign a lease on 1000sq ft of industrial space on Chesterfield Trading Estate.

Drop me a PM if you want some more info.
