I was knocked from my pedal bike on Ecclesall Road yesterday (17 June, 1pm ish) outside of the Shell petrol station. I was cycling in the bus lane towards town and the car turned left into the petrol station from the first lane of cars without checking to see if the bus lane was clear. He hit my bike with the back left panel of his car, sent me flying and I'm now cut and bruised in more places than you can imagine and look like I've been... run over by a car.

If anyone saw anything at all then please PM me.

I've reported it to the police, they don't seem very keen to prosecute. They just want to file the case away - which is why I'm looking for witnesses.

Sorry to hear about your accident. But have you called the police? As they should chase up the CCTV and investigate on your behalf.
