The video was the idea of an uncredited individual on the internet, and was repeatedly focus group tested and altered until the focus group reports indicated that people would post it to internet forums, thereby "virally" propagating the cadbury brand on the back of some animated computer footling that has no connection to chocolate.

I have no idea why people find it 'freaky', it's only two kids wiggling their eyebrows in time to some music. We used to do it in the pub to make each other laugh, the only hard part is keeping a straight face!
