Anyone any ideas which is the best program to use to convert a .rmvb movie file to an .avi movie file without picture or sound loss?

Any help needed please.

btw, no video or audio loss is highly unlikely to happen... converting from one compression to another always leads to some loss... unless you plan to have pure avi uncompressed video and PCM audio :? then your talking big video files!
