Hi,

I need to make a complaint against a person living in housing association accomodation. The person in question is breaching his tenancy and is causing problems for the area he lives in.

I do not know who he rents the house from inorder to make a complaint.

Question i have is can i find out the landlord of this person from the address alone?

Obviousley calling Northern Counties or Sheffield Homes on the of chance wont work due to DPA.

The police are aware of the person involved and have made visits to him every night for the last few nights.

I have geniune concerns for the wellbeing of this man and ppl living close by, he does have "issues" but beleive care and housing ppl need get involved to ensure this person does not bring harm to him self or others.

Its not just a matter of getting him evicted from his property before the SF hate mob start posting back.

The HA would probably tell you if they own the houses on a particular street.

That wouldn't be breaching DPA.

the land registry will tell you who owns the property for the princely sum of £3.00

You can contact the anti social behavior team at your local council housing office. They can work with cases of any type of landlord and tenancy. They will contact and work with the landlord if necessary.
