We're going down on Monday night to queue overnight for tickets to centre court. Did this 7 or so years ago and had a great time in the queue and watching tennis.
Just wandering if anyone has done this more recently? what was it like? what time did you get in the queue the night before?

I've queued a few times. Never done the overnight thing, normally just queued for ground tickets (which still takes a few hours). But the people who start the day before normaly arrive around 7pm with their tents, seems a fun thing to do overnight.
I'm there on monday myself, so I'll wave to your tent as I leave the ground Monday evening
I've been a few times, but then I used to work for the ITF and didn't need to queue for a ticket ;) Highly recommended even to someone who's not a tennis fan (I'm not really), it's something worth seeing at least once in your life! Hard work though, if you've only got a grounds ticket..
