hi, i have yet to receive tickets i bought from ebay, and am getting worried now. the seller has emailed me to say that he hasnt received them yet, and if he doesnt get them to me in time for the gig (mon night), he'll give me a refund, but i dont want that! i wanna go to the gig! what can i do? shall i buy some more from ebay with the chance ill end up with 4 tickets, 2 of which i dont need? or shall i wait and see.. he said its the couriers fault...any suggestions? please :help:

A friend of mine bought some from Gigsandtours.com and only received them yesterday. Apparentley their has been a problem with the people who actually print the tickets in the first place. Your Ebay seller has obvously been left with the same problem.

hes just emailed me to say that the delivery company SMS dont have his tickets and hes had no response from SEE tickets, so suggests i should buy some more from ebay..argh! then what happens if i dont receive those...:loopy:

Tricky...if he hasnt recieved them then maybe somebody else you buy them from on ebay wont either. Id email them and ask.

I guess if people dont get their tickets there will be some credit card system check on the door to enable people who have paid to get in....but I doubt this helps you

Unless this guy is VERY trusting and will give you his CC details so you can get in...but I cant see that :(

i ordered my tickets months ago and they only got delivered to my sheffield address about two days ago so there's a massive delay on tickets. i ordered mine from seetickets.com and it says on there that if you have not received tickets within 5 days of the event then to get in touch with them, so maybe your ebay seller could get in touch and organise some form of identification process for yourself?

Also, a friend has got me tickets to the interpol after show party where carlos D is djing, does anyone know where this is at?

The Interpol aftershow is at the Casbah, it's free entry so no need for tickets, open til 2...

anyway an update: ive rang see tickets myself and told them my situation to which he replied 'we wont have sent him the tickets seen as tho he has sold them on ebay. he'll have been added to our fraud list.' and when i asked how on earth could they find out he has sold them on ebay he replied 'we check ebay and search into it'
is this right??

also, a bit of the topic, but are there any local bands playing on sunday night? maybe at boardwalk? or any other suggestions?

Come to the Indie Nite at the leadmill 2nite. its only £1 to get in if you txt MILL SHAG to 85010 and the drinks are ridiculously cheap and i have got loads of free cd's to give away. you never know interpol might even turn up.

It seems Engineers are the support band - worth a listen I'd say. So looks like I can't just roll up at the last minute.
