Got all plans done and submitted to the council.

Had a few builders out but none have really bothered to get back to us with a quote, and you'd think they'd be begging for work.

Looking to start in around 4 - 5 weeks if anyone could recommend anyone around the S20/S21 area then that would be great.

Oh and got planning permission passed just waiting on building regs before we get a move on with it.

I know a pretty well established company who do this line of work - hop on google and search Plumbline Installations - they do all this stuff and i guarantee you its top quality.

Amazing customer interfacing and fantastic workmanship - just had a wetroom done and its perfect - but I do know they do all the extensions and loft conversions and conservatories and such.

My builder is Russ from RAH Buidling Services, his team are amazing, always on time, tidy and will do an excellant job for you. Our extension has been up a year now and it still looks like it was done last week.
