Has anyone else got brown water coming out of their taps or is it just me?

Hi Andy, I'm a bit further up and fortunately ours is still clear.

Has the water been off at all? If you run it awhile does it clear?
Could be something related to all the works in the park.

When this happened to us before Yorkshire Water told us it was fine to drink if you run some off and leave it to stand for a bit! :gag:

Just don't put any washing on!

MysTique, I assume that it has been off at some point as the tap was spitting initially. I've been running it for about 15 mins and although it is better, it's still far from clear.

Mines been really bad in Hillsborough tonight, started before I went out at about 5pm...

That's the well tanned monster from the black lagoon thankyou very much.

It does seem to have cleared now though. :)

afaik yorkshire water have been checking all the fire hydrants recently

possibly related?
