I normally wear a ahock absorber B518 as they stop the bounce but dont seem to be able to get hold of one even though I have looked online. Does anyone know where to get one are which other sports bra would have same effect (i.e no bounce)

John Lewis used to stock them, they will order one for you if they don't have your size in stock. M & S do one which is good - own brand, so shouldn't be as expensive as a shock absorber.

Decathlon do a couple of brilliant ones, and they're cheaper than the Shock Absorbers.
You can get a wide range of Shock Absorbers in Debenhams too.

Enell (http://www.lessbounce.com/acatalog/Enell_Sports_Bra.html) from Less Bounce. Relatively expensive but very effective.
