Anyone know what all the noise is about outside Leeds court today? I can see Union Falgs, and a few flags i dont recognise...one seems to be an american flag of some sort - not the stars and stripes? There is a lot of noise and someone shouted "you facist f**ks" and got arrested shortly thereafter...

Any info?

Nick Griffin and Mark Collett have to appear in Leeds Magistrates' Court to answer bail on charges of 'incitement to racial hatred'.

Apparently 3 of them ( the 2 you mentioned cgksheff and someone else) will be going to trial on the 21st July.

So Avalon - there'll be more flag waving going on.

Hi yes to update on the situation,Nick Griffin and 2 others have been bailed to appear at Leeds Crown Court on July 21 to face charges of inciting racial hatred.
Of course its all a political trial to destroy free speech,still even if he is convicted someone will take his place and keep the BNP going till his release.:thumbsup:
