It looks to me like it's actually made for straight men to watch, a bit of a naughty treat late at night ?

Also, I've know lots of lesbians and none of them have looked like those ladies.

It is American Tulip, and they did show it over there, on a channel called HSBO or something like that?

Jennifer Beals (who used to be in Flashdance?) is the lead part.

I hate the posters. I nearly ended up inside a tram the other day because I couldn't take my disbelieving eyes off one of them. I was driving my car at the time. It looks like pure junk to me, but then, I haven't got a TV, so it might as well be brilliant - I'm not going to see it anyway. But I do hate the posters - they are rubbish and a bit too cheeky for my tastes. It seems only a matter of time before we see hard core porn adverts for biscuits or cup-a-soup or er, tissues. I'm not in love with the idea of censorship but surely we have to draw the line somewhere.

I generally think that - regarding censorship - Europe has got things more-or-less right and that North America and the UK have got things more-or-less wrong. However, the first time I visited a Belgian newsagent I was amazed to see pictures of men and ladies 'doing it' without stars over their parts, inches away from children's sweets! This has to be a big mistake. I suppose I'm saying that perhaps it's easy to get carried away by liberalism and end up being irresponsible or misguided, or both.

That said, if it's a choice between having to concentrate on not crashing your car because the roads are festooned with pictures of cracking birds, or saluting as the Agiprop train rolls by festooned with cheery revolutionary slogans er......hang on, I'll have to think this one through a bit. I suppose it depends on whether the trains in question would be nice old-fashioned steam locomotives and how cracking the birds are........I'll get back to you........
