i followed the eagles home and away every game,when they merged with huddesfield i packed up going,istarted going after their win at wembley (i didn't go) the next home game after wembley was wigan at home,10,000 turned up and i got hooked on it..brilliant game,i became good friends with darren shaw,waz savatboa and fetu (can't spell 2nd name) had some brilliant days out,london bronco's springs to mind along with warrington,st.helens,salford..my kids loved going and my missis at 5,foot and weighing 8 stone signed for the hilsbrough hawks womens team..saw her get crunched a few times ouch!

Unfortunately I was just a bit too young for that era...now have to make do with trips to inferior teams, but we still have great days out in York, Workington, London and Blackpool in a few weeks!!

It's great watching the game with a beer in your hand!
