Are you one of those women who can;t leave the house without make up? Like me?

WHat's your essential item(s)?

I won't leave the house without.....lots of concealer under the eyes and on the spots, and black mascara. Minimum. Usually have bronzer and eyeliner too to make me look less dead!

The only thing I don't leave the house without is my ''credit card''!!

Maybe it is my age...(thirties) but I stopped doing this once my kids were born...it really isn't that important!!

My skin is much, much better for not wearing make up everyday...and yep I am married so no-one to impress either!!

;)

hey and less of the 'whore' word..just noticed that!!! :(

dunno mate... personally I find make-up a bit of a turn off on a woman :? unless its black lipstick and blick eye liner and she's wearing a nice goth get up... but thats a totally different story!

[edit]

better stick on topic... ahem... I cant leave the house without some hair putty and gel in my hair... must spend at least 10mins doing my hair!... and when it gets too long it must get a nice treatment of coconut oil to slick it back and keep it naturally conditioned :)

I'm fair haired and fair skinned and my eyelashes are very fair, so if I go out without any mascara on, I look as though I'm ill.
When I'm working I use a little bit but not much, eyeliner, mascara and a bit of lippy but on my days off if I'm not going anywhere apart from the local shops, then I don't bother.

At my time of life & in the shape I'm in, I can't leave home without a bit of Sudocrem on me inner thighs to stop the chaffing...

Not mention the Germoline..............

old goths never die....

...they just look like they have.

I've used eyeliner and 'green powder' for that dead look in the past. Now I run a hand through my hair if you're lucky.

I'm still trying to figure out how I managed to live without tying my (longer then) hair back, but it always seems to be in an unflattering ponytail these days

Or was it becase it wasn't as socially unacceptable to wear a bandanna? :suspect:

I don't lave the house without my black cloak, shuriken, blow pip and daggers. You can't be too careful (especially in S6) ;)

You just can't beat the Goth look on the right guy.....mmm, black eyeliner.....

For myself, I love make-up - it's my shopping weakness! Never mind shoes, I NEED a new lippie!

My excuse is that I'm very pale skinned and have reddish-blonde hair, so I look more than half-dead without it. If nothing else, I won't go out of the house without mascara and eyeliner, but if I don't want people thinking I'm ill, then foundation, blusher and lipstick are also required.

StarSparkle - forever searching for the PERFECT lipstick! :)

It depends where I'm going, if I'm gong somewhere like familys, town etc then I'll wear none, if I'm going somewhere like work or somewhere where there may be hot guys then I'll wear a bit of eyeliner, mascara and a bit of blusher ooh and nice lip balm from lush, yummy:clap:

I have my eyelashes and eyebrows dyed dark, so it's just a quick dab of powder on the nose and a slick of lip balm for me, but I can very easily go out without them. Takes me about 20 seconds to get ready to go.

About 4 years ago I realised that I look better with hardly any make up on and now I can't remember how to put it on properly - I end up looking like a 5 year old who's been playing in her mum's make up drawer! :gag:
