Has anyone or does anyone know of any kittens going for sale/free to good home?

No you can rehome then at 6weeks old

not advised they need to spend more time with their mother they still need her after weaning ,i wouldnt take a kitten at 6 weeks its too young

It is true that a kitten should stay with it's Mother for 8-10 weeks, even though it may be weaned it is still learning things about what it is to be a cat from it's Mum, it also learns bite and scratch inhibition by playing with Mum and other siblings, so that the kitten won't be so hard (or painful) when playing with you.

I can't understand why some posts asking for kittens are closed and some are left open. anybody?

Posts will be closed if there is argument happening on there, but usually the threads closed as a matter of course are pets needing a new home or animals advertising as studs.

I have a ten week old kitten male a dark browny black colour... fully weaned, litter trained, wormed and will be frontlined at 12 weeks. We had the intention of keeping him as he is out cats son but our male cat doesnt like him :( wont let him go untill he is 12 weeks.
