Hi all,my ds has recently had a new case fitted and now when i switch it on,the green light comes on,then the bottom screen flashes very briefly but then switches itself off.It worked fine before the new case,just a broken hinge.It charges up ok so i presume the battery is ok-any ideas?Thanks in advance-Jay:thumbsup:

If its never worked since the new case was fitted i'd take it back to wherever it was done. could be something shorting out or not connected properly

that sounds like the battery isn't charged... try plugging it into the power, and turn it on, if it comes on then the battery is dead/not holding charge. -- but still, take it back.

Thanks for your replies,the award goes to ghozer!It was the battery-but seemed ok before but hey its ok now,by the way i couldnt have taken it back as it was me who changed the case!!lol:thumbsup::thumbsup:
