I live in the Dore/Totley area and am interested in short round walks (to take 1 - 2 hours) with my dog. We always go in Ecclesall woods and am a bit fed up with always going there and wondered if anyone had any other suggestions?

Lady's Spring Wood isn't that far from you and is worth a walk around, it leads up to Beauchief Abbey and there is scope for walking around there. I'm sure there are some suitable walks around Blacka Moor as well but I don't know of an personally

Depends whether you have a car I suppose, and if you have, how far you're prepared to go to get somewhere new! There's Ringinglow for instance, not a million miles away from you. Also Fox House/Padley Gorge/Hathersage which you could easily get to by bus from your end. I'm sure you've been to Graves Park, also close by, and there's also Hutcliffe Woods/Milhouses and the Porter Valley.
Loads to choose from!

Sorry, I have restricted PM access...have now added you to my buddy list

Edit..it's to stop the hundreds of desperate women on the forum making my life a misery with their pleadings and desperate cravings :D
