I' m looking for a solicitor to discuss a compromise agreement with. I've seen one but not really convinced with their knowledge / expertise. I seemed to do more of the recommending, only for them to agree - not really what I'm looking for. Need someone who is experienced with Employment Law and who knows how to make the law work for me.

I've got the funds to pay, just need some direction on who I should call.

I've already been in touch with The Law Society (Just have names of firms, don't have any info on how many cases the firm takes on / wins etc)

Also been in touch with Cit Advice and Sheffield Law centre - both no good.

Hopefully someone will have had a good experience with a solicitor in a similar circumstance and be happy to recommend......

Glenn Jacques at Wake Smith & Toffields is good and does a free 30 minute slot.

DONT use the Sheffield Law Centre. They put my unfair dismissal claim in a day late and messed up 6 months worth of work!
