Visited Connies Kitchen on Friday as inbetween meetings. It is a fabulous Cafe, very good home made food.

I sampled the meat and potato pie which was amazing, really reasonable prices and lovely atmosphere, polite and quick service. Would highly recommend A+++++++

I'd recommend this place too. Really nice home cooked food, good value too. I had a lovely chickpea, fennel and spinach stew.

I agree. A cracking all day breakfast too. Can't beat an full English with a cup of tea.
Their pies are good as well.

What time is it open until? Can I pick up some pie for my tea on the way home from work?

Its open 8 - 2pm. I have taken the main meals away before, you can have them hot or cold in a plastic box to take home. You could always pick it up at lunch for your tea.

Yum, I've just been here for my dinner, I had lasagna & salad and it was right nice!!

Definately recommend going here for lunch mmmmmm.
