Please don't keep repeating the mantra about the luxury flats - there's no foundation whatsoever for this.This is how it is : Developers have bought the land on which the Hare and Hounds (now derelict) stands. The proposal is to demolish the building and build 2 houses on the site. Is there a planning application in? Enterprise Inn still own the site as far as i know.
