Hi

I am thinking of moving to this area.
I train down at st.thomas boys and girls boxing club on newman road and don't know much about the area.

There seems to be alot of places for sale around there.

I was there yesterday and had just seen a police car chase a blue 306 to the end of newman road and a bunch of police men run after the people in the car.

Does any one know if i have just been in wincobank at the wrong time or is it a rough area?

Is it a nice area to live?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Wincobank is like most areas ,it has its good and bad points.
But on the whole it has a lot to offer.
Why don't you ask Brendan about the area,he still lives there and is extremely knowledgeable about the community :D:
