Does anyone know if foxes ever get sexually interested in domestic dogs that are in season. We have a dog next door thats ready and seems to have attracted a fox. It comes every night and sits at the end of the path staring right at the house yapping. I have been out to it and it just walks off, never runs, its either brave or desperate.

I hope this dog isn't a hunting hound, as the potential offspring of such a coupling would grow up very confused indeed...
