hiya, I went here about 2 yrs ago was lovely, relaxing environment-think they had live music and food was nice. But in the past i have seen protesters outside something about animals???

Anyone been recently? Thinking about trying it. Protests were about them selling fois gras (sp?). Do they still sell it?

We went a couple of weeks ago. It used to be our favourite restaurant but Oh.......

The food was OK. In many restaurants you'd be happy but it wasn't the caliber i expect of them.

The service on the other hand was awful. No one knew what was going on when people arrived. They had 4 waitresses for 7 table and they where headless chickens. No one knew what was going on (the second time i've witnessed this). With that many staff you should bea able to serve 4 times that number.

What the place needs is a GOOD restaurant manager who can make sure that they are all doing a specific job and not following each other round aimlessly.

All in all used to be a 9/10 but lately slipped to a 6/10. I can only hope it recovers another bad experience and it will be our last.
