Does anyone know of any fundraising events organised for any of the rescues on here? Would be brilliant to meet some of you whilst doing something to raise money for the animals :)

Spottie organised a christmas raffle and get together where a lot of the Rain volunteers and helpers of the pound met up at the Rising Sun - it was nice and we raised a fair bit of money too.

I think the next even that we are doing is a sponsored walk - organised by ADZ on here - which is set for 8th March around Rother Valley park - last year she managed to raise a fair amount and i think everyone had a great day out.

Look forward to meeting you at that one - and watch out for the forms/information coming soon.

Hi as rain said we are having a sponsored walk on the 8th March i am going to get the stuff sorted for it in the next week and begin advertising would be great to see you there. We managed to raise over £1000 last year :D
