anyone know how to complain about someone misusing their badge ? and indeed it's questionable that they need a blue badge ?

A person I've known for about two years, uses her badge each day to park in the city centre (for work) and well, lets say in two years I've not seen her struggle to climb three flights of stairs. :huh:

I would suggest the Adult Access Team at Sheffield City Council on (0114) 273 4908, or use their Contact Us (http://www.sheffield.gov.uk/safe--sound/social-services/getting-help-from-social-services/help-for-adults/adult-access-team-online) form.

Remember not all disabilities are visible blah blah blah.
