My laptop has an intermittent issue where by when it turns on sometimes the screen is full of coloured snow!!

After a reboot its fine, and it happens occasionally and not when in use(only when booting).

Does anyone have any ideas as i'm a bit reluctant to think its the onboard grpx with it only happening at boot and occasionally (one in ten)
