hi all just wondering if anyone knows how to get a installation disc for a laptop..its for a friend who has lost her disc,any help would be appreciated..thanks.

Or at least post the laptop details! What does your friend need? If it's XP then borrow a disk from someone, the license in on the laptop so you can use any disk as long as it's the same version. Drivers will need to be downloaded from the manufacturers web site.
