Anyone recently removed or had quotes for the removal of stone cladding from the front of their terrace house? As its shown up in the survey we had for a house we are buying, as some of it is loose and bits on the top of the windows have fallen off.

Also anyone got any idea of what a rough cost would be for the removal of polystyrene ceiling tiles is for about 4 rooms, as they maybe pre 1987 so a fire risk.
