Anyone have an idea how much it costs to build a brick garage?

And in an area relatively short on parking (lower walkley) how much value it adds to a property?

I'm hazarding a guess i'm afraid but it depends what you have in there. (Electrics/plumbing/plastering etc)

Between 5 & 10k I would say and generally think you'd get your money back at least.
