my son's having trouble with his xbox, when he puts a disc in it scans the disc as though it's loading then says it can't read disc :huh: he's tried different discs and they're all the same, as anyone any ideas what could be the problem as we've phoned xbox makers up and they're wanting £60 to fix it :suspect:

log on http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/ and go through the tech help, if its a warranty problem they will send a courier to pick it up. they are usually very good.
