This may sound like the stupidest thing I may ever post on this forum - I was told at work by a friend and after laughing at first and then thinking it was a wind-up, I came home wondering . . . . Nah! it can't be . . . . surely it isn't.

Here we go - you may laugh if you want but please tell me it's not true. He told me:

Clint Eastwood ( of spagetti western & dirty Harry fame ) is the son of Stan Laurel ( from Laurel & Hardy fame ).
