i have been trying ti register on the club-nintendo site but when i put i the secruity code it wont accept it. any ideas what i can do to make it work.

It's probably case sensitive, turn your caps lock off and try again.

To the OP, when you put the code from your game or console in, make sure you dont mistake 0(zeros) for Os.

Nope, but once again it's ignored. If it were anyone else the post would have been removed.

I noticed yours was edited though, so the mods have been looking.

tried all the ideas & nothing worked. OH wanted his own forum id & it wouldnt work on there either

do you have to wait for an email to say your account has been confirmed because I can't log in!

I had similar problems logging my children's accounts - the best thing to do is to remember what the account name/s you created (NOT the passwords), go to www.saynoto0870.com and do a search for Nintendo and use the national land line number - the normal number is an 09 prefix and I wasted half-an-hour on my mobile before I discovered this. The people at the other end were very helpful when I eventually got through.
