It seems like everything I do on here today takes ages. Has anyone else noticed it or is it just my pc?

I'd go with Tony - we always used to monitor a slow down on accessing US sites form the UK and vice versa in the afternoons when Stateside surfers came on - starting around 1 for the East Coast and so on.

Sometiems it is a little slow, but the last couple of days have been OK.

Ive been trying to get on throughout the day and just managed to get on now by chance of trying one more time... It never loaded all day after i tried clearing my browser and everything.

That's strange - it's been working fine for most of us...:confused:

Mine was slow earlier - it was sat there waiting for pagead2...... ( or sumat like that ) to load.

It's been slow on a couple of occasions tonight for me.

Sheffield Forum appears to be hosted in Washington DC. At the moment a lot of Texas is without electricity. This will have brought down some internet fibre routes and American internet providers will be changing traffic routes more frequently than normal. The American internet will be busier than normal as people log on to get updates etc. Whilst this won't directly affect Sheffield Forum-UK traffic, the route may be congested with re-routed American traffic at times.
