We have a room available to rent from 12 September 2005 to 12 June 2006,
sharing with other 3 friendly postgraduate students (1 male, 2 females).
The house is situated very close to the Arts Tower, University of Sheffield, with a kitchen,
one toilet and shower room and a nice garden.
The rent is £50 pw, excluding all bills and broadband internet. The internet cost is split between
everyone and would work out to be around £7 a month if you require it.
