If you can still make phone calls and hear the other caller on the line, you'll have to send it in for repair because the connection to the loudspeaker is severed.

have you messed with it? Ie tried to flash it or something like that? could have lost its radio settings if so.

Thanks for all the suggestions but it is still the same. can anyone tell me is it possible to reinstall/upgrade the firmware etc. Soft reboot and hard reboot had no effect.

Anyone knowing a good shop to repair

just try resetting a factory setting

if not then flash with a new rom
