anyone ever won anything big/known anyone whos won anything big off a scratch card?

my mate won fifty qwid once :D

not rate big i know but better than the scabby 1 qwids i usually get

i got a star wars one the other day and it said "match this symbol to any of the 6 below to win the prize below that symbol" so i scratched it off and all the symbols were the same- i got 16quid- well happy :D

I won £100 once and it seemed huge at the time, I was buzzin.

Slightly off topic but I was once sat in a cafe in Sheffield and overheard the three old dears at the next table, one was complaining that she was ripped off at the bingo the week before.

She sat there whining that she should have won more when one of the other women turned round and said "how much was it again ?"

The reply........"£220,000 but it should have been more,they ripped me off im sure they did"

I used to work with someone who's husband was minted already.
One day he was sat outside the hairdressers in his BMW waiting for her ladyship to be quaffuerred *sp.

Decided to pop into the newsagents & get the paper & picked up a scratch card out of boredom.

Copped for £200!

Took the card in to collect & bought another with a qwid of the winnings.

Copped for another £200!!!!!!!!
