Hi, has anyone used acupuncture to get rid of anxioty?

I havent tried this form of treatment no but I do suffer with anxiety. Its a pain isnt it, do you get it everyday like me? I dont think it can ever be cured altogether but it can be controlled, Im just working on controlling mine.
