I am after a new sound card.

All the years that I have been using and abusing PCs I have never needed one but with my new motherboard the onboard sound doesnt wquite cut it for my heatset.

Want something thats either PCI or PCI-e.

So any of you use one that you really like and recomend.

I like the look of the Razer AC-1 to go with my Razer HP-1 headset but open to other recomendations.

Willing to buy new or second hand so if you have a old one lying around then I maye do a purchace :)

So far i heard of Asus Sonar, the Razor cards you mentioned and the Creative range of cards. I have not tried any of them cant recommend ether way.

I would recommend the Asus Sonar also... these are the ones im looking at..
