has anyone heard this been advertised on the radio and has anyone had one done yet????
just curious about the service they recieved and wether its a good deal, and if i should get my mum to take her car there.....

It depends what they class as a service. As an MOT is around £35 I can't see them offering much more than new spark plugs and an oil change, maybe even an air filter replacement.

i shall ring them and ask whats included, then we can see if it is a fair price or not.......

spoke to someone yesterday and they do

change the oil
change the plugs if needed
change the filters
check tyre depths
perform all round check

in the service and then an m.o.t as well for £100
plus a main dealer stamp.

is this good???

£100 is spot on for both MOT & Service from a dealer. Would guess it applies to small cars only?

Plus get them to change the plugs if it's included. But beware the cynic in me wouldn't look forward to the 'all round checks'

My Vectra is booked in on Tuesday funnily enough for service only. Wonder if i'll get it for less then £100. Doubtful!!

Opinion of dealers on this forum is very low. I would be worried they would find non-existent MOT failure items. like with the Gilders thread elsewhere on here.

If it were me I'd buy the parts from a car spares shop (Greens in Swallownest would be my first choice), and fit them myself and just get an MOT somewhere else.
