About 5 weeks ago I basically sprained my ankle pretty bad...
It made a loud noise (like a crunch) when I landed on it...Went to A & E and they thought it was fractured..
Luckilly it was just a really bad sprain...I ended up ankle in bandage and on crutches for 2 weeks unable to drive...
The bandages came off and it was bruised and very swollen...
Im able to walk now in flat shoes but I still cant move my ankle as freely as I would like however Im thinking I need to start strenghtening it now and buidling it up...
SO....can any one offer me any advice as to anything I can do to aid the recovery?
I am a member of a gym but obviously not been for a while. I will ask the instructors what they recommend but I might not be able to catch one of them when I go so if I could get some ideas off here then at least I can a little bit until I can speak to someone at gym
