I really want to join a musical theater group and i have been told to try Splinters but so far i havnt been able to find any contact details if anyone can help i would be very great full or if you know of any other theater groups

Aren't Splinters a youth version of the Woodseats Operatic Society? I'm sure a google search will bring them up, plus Apex Theatre, Sheffield Teachers Operatic and various others.
You could visit some theatres and pick up promotional leaflets for various groups, that will give you all the contact details you need.
