The PC has been slow and I decided to disable all Start Up items ... We had this KDX Host Window programme thing that I've not seen before .. can anyone .. in simple terms .. tell an ignoramus like me, what this is?

KDX Host (or KHost) is used by various things like, Kazza, BBC iPlayer, 4OD, Sky Anytime, its thier background transfer utility, that allows YOU to share out to other people, the things you have downloaded via one of the above.
