Beginner's classes in Iyengar Yoga at the Hartley Street Institute start on 6 January at 6.30. Classes last an hour and cost £4 if paying by a 6 or 12 week block. There is also space in the class for more experienced practitioners, also on Tuesdays, at 7.45 for 1 1/2 hours.
