I'm familiar with your music....thier are a number of Tattooists around Sheffield..several down and around Eccy Rd area. For R'n'B and Rap I believe club Element (opposite road from Debenhams) play that sort of thing on Friday or Saturday nights. One pub that sounds like it might be your cup of tea is "the Vine" on cemetry road. Give it a go.

Club Element shut down several months ago after a Friday night shooting I believe.

Orchis / Ice Bar on Carver street are R n B etc on Friday and Saturday night. Friday nights is also R n B at Stars night club on Queens Road. The Empire Bar at the back of Debenhams on Charter Row also plays lots. Monday nights at Banus are also good. Hope this helps.
