Have you tried kennel club, try pm'ing lyndsayw has she has westies, she might be able to advise you of any, worth a try good luck

I cant recommend any good breeders as I dont know much about breeding. As a groomer, what I do know though is Westies are extremely popular. Most of the ones I groom come from puppy farms, as they are so popular, they are a puppy farmers dream.

The reason for my posting is, to make you aware of this and for you to be 100% certain that any pup you go to look at is not farmed and is from a good responsible breeder. Westies are prone to a number of terrible skin conditions and from my experience these tend to be more common with bad breeding. Most of the skin complaints can actually be cleared up with correct diet, but some are more serious and I see many which lead miserable lives because of it.

Please also remember that they are terriers and many people forget this and think they are easy dogs, they are not and are very strong willed and will take over the house and you in a flash if not trained correctly.

All this said, I do like Westies, it just makes me so sad when I see so many suffering.
