A neighbour who works for Co-op bank mentioned a friend of his who works in the Corporate office who mentioned that the debt was soon to be vastly reduced if not alltogether. This is only the start of a new era.

The phoenix will rise from the ashes in 2009!

I once worked for a kid whose brother used to walk Kevan Walkers friends dog and rumour has it now Walker has left all Wednesdays problems will be solved, the fans will come flooding back (no pun intended after last years downpour), a mystery backer who has a co op savings account and is due a dividend pay off and has promised to pay off the debt and plunge any remaining profits into buying players from around the world.

2009 is the year, Wednesday will raise from the slums and be challenging for Europe within 5yrs, get your Premiership Return tickets before the 1st July or you'll be sorry. Make my words

Yeah but which Ronaldo, the skillfull diving cheating mardy one, or the "used to be skilful" fat brazilian one? Can you check with your friend.
As for the others, I assume it's Albert Torres from Cleckeaton Rovers, Henry Robhinio on a free transfer from Conisborough over 45s, and Elsie Rooney, cleaner at Asda, Chapeltown.
Happy days are here again........ oops time for my medication.

Will all these events coincide with you removing your head from up your a--e and admitting that what goes around eventually comes around? Our fortunes have been dire but our spirits have always been optimistic.

Now go on hoping that it won't happen, that our stadium will suffer the effects of a Tsunami, that we end up ground sharing with Rotherham and the mighty blades go from strength to strength and enjoy yet another single season in the Premiership. :hihi:
